House rules

The house rules regulate guidelines for the preservation of external order in the building. Here, regulations are listed, which ensure the peaceful coexistence of renting parties or between co-owners and flat owners in a building respectively. In this collection of provisions under private law, the following can be regulated: Smoking permission, clothing storage, cleanliness, inventory and key checks, as well as the use of communally available facilities.
