With Birgit Wagner, Mathias Zimmermann and Amir Zouhbi, STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT places a strong emphasis on teamwork also at the management level.
Birgit Wagner
Birgit Wagner has been the managing director at STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GmbH since January 2017. She has over 20 years of top-level management experience in a number of industry-leading companies in Austria. A property trustee with a background in economics, Birgit Wagner brings comprehensive expertise in property management, having worked for ÖBB, Telekom Austria, Nokia Austria, and more recently STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GmbH. Her professional experience includes being a member of the board of management at the Austrian Federal Railway corporation ÖBB Personenverkehr AG from 2011 to 2016.
Amir Zouhbi
Since May 2019 Amir Zouhbi is the second Managing Director of STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GmbH. Since 2015 he has been responsible for the corporate real estates of the PORR-Group. After completing his degree in Economics and Business Administration at the WU Vienna and his extra-occupational studies of Real Estate Economics at the University of Applied Sciences Vienna, he gained experience working for a small property manager and a medium-sized real estate developer. Subsequently, he went on to build and grow the strategic portfolio management at ÖBB Immobilienmanagement GmbH, holding a leading role for many years. The PORR group is happy to have him on board since early 2012.
Mathias Zimmermann
Since January 2023 Mathias Zimmermann is in the management of STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GmbH. As a graduate of the first real estate specific studies at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Mathias Zimmermann has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. He has worked on all real estate related topics and projects in the banking sector as well as for an international trading group before joining STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GmbH in 2014. As Managing Director at STRAUSS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GmbH, Mathias Zimmermann is primarily responsible for the headquarter in Vienna.
